  Just been told animals aren't gotten out to be shown to customers (I wanted to see how my son took to handling a rabbit and a rat) - after I watched the same member of staff get a guinea pig out for a kid only a few years older than mine. Youngish lady with dark hair and strong make up. In general P@H is expensive - you get a much better price and service if you go to Cookes just round the corner. Plus it's a local business and the staff are lovely!
