  Shocking, poor customer service. We went to the store and after searching the whole store looking for someone to serve us, we found a lady who was helpful but couldn't supply us with all the information we needed. The gardener was on his lunch so we was told to come back in 1 hour. We went away and came back. The lady who we first spoke to had gone and we had to walk through the big store looking for someone to help. Eventually we found another lady who worked in a different department. She called for the gardener to attend to us twice and he never came. We waited more than 30 minutes until in the end, we left. I called customer services who said they would call the manager and get him to call me back. Guess what? He never called. I ended up spending my £600 on fencing at Jewson. It was so quick, so easy they were so helpful, had loads of choices, gave us discounts, felt more specialised and our delivery is for tomorrow :D. Booooooo to B&Q!

  Extremely POOR when you are waiting at the checkout for assistance for 20 minutes and the guy Chris is too busy on a computer to answer the tannoy calls! Won't be returning!
