  I would like to say a big thank you to James. Not only did he re-build my husband’s wedding and signet rings but he designed and created a wonderful engagement ring for me which accommodates my arthritic fingers. The concealed spring mechanism, allows me to place and remove my ring with ease and I am thrilled to bits with it, after thinking that my days of wearing rings were over. We were always treated with the utmost courtesy by all the staff and learned more about diamonds via James than we thought was possible. Thank you once again, James.
