    Phoned two and half hours before they were due to fit our kitchen floor covering to say they'd "lost" our vinyl. We were told someone would come and fit the ply boarding anyway. Nobody had turned up or bothered phoning by 4pm. We thought it would be good to support a local business but given the obvious disdain they have for their customers we'll go elsewhere. Certainly can't recommend this business.
