My disabled mother has her prescription delivered from here. She orders her prescription up to a week before she runs out and let's the chemist know to collect it. Days later she has to call them to chase up the delivery as she will be running out and they lie on the phone saying the doctors never had prescription ready and when they finally deliver there are items missing and are told she has to get them herself as they haven't ordered them.
