  We went there looking for some laminate/wooden flooring... what a chaotic and messy place!! Hard to find anything without speaking to staff. Hidden prices, etc. Looked all right on carpets area.

  We spent £2900 for two rooms and a stairs runner. The carpet in one room ended up being creased, they blamed our timing and our building team for mishandling the carpet. They lost half of the carpet for the stairs runner and took a week to fit the one in another room because the concrete was not the correct one. They offered us for the inconvenience an insulting £50 discount. Surprisingly bad customer service.
