  The customer service, the attitude of the manager and the impression they wish to leave on their consumers is the worst i've come across in this industry. I bought a very expensive light, which was said to be made of Nickel. It was clearly Chrome, it's slightly concerning that they can not to tell the difference. I was then told I had to pay and arrange for a courier to then return it which cost me £38 which i didn. Only to be sent an email by another memeber of staff the next day saying that they could have used their interlink agreement which would have cost me only £6. This is poor and they should be investigated by trading standards. Further to this the manager David gave me the worst attitude over the phone calling me 'ridiculous' and hanging up on me. He from the very beginning didn't care about the problem which to be honest is a reflection of how that business is run. With management like that, its no wonder why their staff do not have a clue what they are talking about.
